黑龍江三江美術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院是經(jīng)黑龍江省政府批準(zhǔn)、教育部備案、隸屬于黑龍江省教育廳領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的一所集美術(shù)教育、基礎(chǔ)教育、幼兒教育、中老年教育與管理、環(huán)境藝術(shù)工程、數(shù)字傳媒、影視動(dòng)畫、ＩＴ信息、國際專本碩合作辦學(xué)為一體的國家普通高等學(xué)校，是黑龍江省唯一納入國家招生計(jì)劃的高等美術(shù)學(xué)院，在全國美術(shù)類高職學(xué)院中排名前三位。

總院地址在黑龍江省佳木斯市大來社區(qū)，在北京和哈爾濱分別建有教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)基地。自1980年創(chuàng)辦以來，擁有專家、教授、副教授292人，雙師型教師達(dá)到87%；全力打造藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、美育教育、IT信息等三個(gè)重點(diǎn)專業(yè)集群，建設(shè)美育、裝飾、傳媒、動(dòng)畫、lT信息等5個(gè)特色專業(yè)群，設(shè)置22個(gè)專業(yè)，現(xiàn)有在校大學(xué)生5360人。學(xué)院創(chuàng)辦有六大實(shí)體平臺(tái)，一是“龍美藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)公司”，定位服務(wù)龍江中小微企業(yè)，為企業(yè)打造一企一品，為美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)增光添彩；二是“龍美教育”，定位培養(yǎng)中小學(xué)與幼兒美育教師和中老年教育與管理教師；三是“龍美畫院”，定位讓藝術(shù)作品進(jìn)入平民百姓之家；四是“龍美書院”，定位服務(wù)國內(nèi)與“一帶一路”中老年藝術(shù)養(yǎng)生愛好者，為中老年人提供吃住學(xué)養(yǎng)一體化的學(xué)歷教育與科學(xué)服務(wù)，助力中國文化與藝術(shù)走向世界開花結(jié)果；五是“龍美稚苑”，定位培養(yǎng)國內(nèi)與“一帶一路”2-6歲幼兒，實(shí)施“寓教于智、寓教于美、寓教于動(dòng)、寓教于樂”的個(gè)性化教育，讓中國美育與語言走向世界生根開花；六是“龍美信息”，定位培養(yǎng)ＩＴ藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)師和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體直播網(wǎng)紅。
